1.Download BOOTH APPLICATION FORM
2.Fill out the details for application
3.Sign it by handwritten input of signature /

　or print out the form and sign in by handwriting
4.E-mail the copy of APPLICATION FORM 

　to : tokyopack@jpi.or.jp
5.The invoice will be sent by TOKYO PACK 2026 　Secretariat within 10 days after receiving the 　application form.
*Application is considered as accepted once the   participation fee is paid.
