Information on Visitor Registration.

Pre-REGISTRATION for VISITORS

Pre-registration is required to enter TOKYO PACK 2026.
Please complete your registration by following the steps below.

* Please note that you must complete the exhibition registration before registering for any seminars.

Visitor Registration Process

STEP 01

Start Registration

After reviewing this page, click the “Register Here” button at the bottom to proceed to the registration page.

STEP 02

Enter Your Information

Please enter required information, agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and click “New Registration” button to complete your registration.

STEP 03

Registration Confirmation

After completing your registration, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.
The confirmation e-mail will include:
• Your Registration ID
• Your Password
• A link to access My Page
Please keep this e-mail for future reference.

STEP 04

Print Your Visitor Badge

Log in to My Page using the Registration ID and Password provided in your confirmation e-mail.
Please print your Visitor Badge in color on A4 paper and bring it with you to the venue.

STEP 05

Access My Page to update your registration or register for seminars.

(Seminar registration is scheduled to open in August 2026.)

STEP 06

Admission Information

Please bring your printed Visitor Badge to the exhibition venue.
Upon arrival, insert your badge into the badge holder provided and wear it at all times while inside the exhibition halls.
To ensure smooth entry and manage visitor flow, QR code scanning will be used at the entrances.

Notes

・To ensure smooth entry, we strongly recommend printing your Visitor Badge in advance and bringing it with you.

・By allowing exhibitors to scan the QR code displayed on your Visitor Badge at exhibition booths or seminars, you consent to your registration information being shared with those exhibitors.

• Visitor Badges are personal and non-transferable. They may not be shared, transferred, or duplicated.
