Exhibits

Exhibits at Tokyo Pack will be divided into the categories shown in the left column. Please note that goods that do not come under these categories may not be exhibited.

Application Deadline : April 20 (Fri), 2012

Applications will be accepted on first come first served basis subject to availability.

* Applications will be closed prior to the deadline once all the booths are booked.

Application Method

First, read and accept the items stipulated in this Application Outline (including Terms of Exhibition), then fill out the attached application form and send it to the Tokyo Pack 2012 secretariat along with the explanatory leaflet of the exhibits. After the application has been received and the contents of the application have been confirmed, Acceptance and Invoice will be sent to you. This will indicate the completion of the exhibition application contract.

Exhibition Fees

Basic booth 315,000 yen per booth
[Including consumption tax]
Booth size: 8.82sqm (2.97m x 2.97m)

* We are taking applications for whole numbers of booths. We cannot accept applications for fractions of booths, such as 2.5 booths, etc.

Payment Deadline : May 31(Sat), 2012

Please deposit the fee in the designated bank account recorded in the billing statement by May 31, 2012.

* We reserve the right to cancel the application if payment is not made by the deadline.
* The applicant must pay any bank deposit fees, etc.

Booth Configurations & Facilities

Booth Configurations

As a general rule, in your application, please select the booth type from the following booth configurations based on the number of booths you are purchasing.

We cannot accept applications for these booth configurations and layouts:

  • Pattern 1: "L"- character like booth layout
  • Pattern 2: A layout in which three faces of one single line booth abut on passages
  • Pattern 3: A layout in which two booths of one exhibitor face each other across a passage

The organizer reserves the right to adjust the number and configuration of the booths depending on the floor plan of the venue.

Booth Allocations

Booth Allocations will be determined by the organizer according to the country and region of the exhibitor, the type of exhibit, the number and configuration of booths, the equipment and facilities to be used and brought into and out of the site, and the scale of the decorations required, etc. We do not accept requests for particular booth locations.

Booth Facilities
Decoration If there is an adjacent booth, the organizer will supply the shell scheme consisting of 2.7m high back, side panels and the booth number.Other than the walls set up in the case above, we will not provide any decoration such as lighting (the average illuminance inside the venue is about 400 lux), carpets, etc. The exhibitor is responsible for additional decoration.
Electricity Electrical power required for lighting the booth and demonstrations will be provided in the prescribed format upon the request of the exhibitor. The exhibitor will be responsible for additional wiring, construction costs and power costs when power consumption requirements exceed the prescribed supply limit.
Gas City gas and Propane gas may be supplied to the exhibition site. The exhibitor will be responsible for related installation costs and gas charges.
Water Water will be available. Exhibitors will be responsible for related plumbing and water costs.
Telephone Telephones may be installed in the exhibitor's booth during the exhibition upon request. Related installation and call charges will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Foreign Exhibits The fairground is not designed as bonded display area. Custom clearance is only available by ATA Carnet or Permanent Import

Japanese Visa Information

Only citizens from certain countries require a visa to enter Japan. Please refer to the following Ministry of Foreign Affairs site (http://www.mofa.go.jp/) to determine if you require a visa to enter Japan. If you do not require a visa please ignore the rest of this section. The visa application process is often very complicated and time-consuming so we strongly recommend that you begin this procedure as soon as you have made your decision to participate in TOKYO PACK 2012. The regulations and time required to receive a Japanese visa differ by country. For information on the visa application procedures for your country, please refer to the site:
